RMA# IS GOOD FOR 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUE
* Products Shipped without RMA number/s will be Refused.
* Products must have Plexus Hub, Inc Copy of invoice.
* For DOA products customers are requested to call for RMA number within 5 days.
* Warranty claims that are valid from the day of purchase are good for the first 30 days.
* Please request any of your claims within the first 30 days.
* After the first 30 days in the event of return, repair, or replacement please call us and get an RMA number.
* Physical Damage/Loss of product during shipment should be claimed within 48 Hours. Please call our customer service department immediately for an RMA number.
* Products returned should be in original packaging with all accessories.
* inadequate packaging without all accessories will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
